I’m the founder of Trails of Your Life, a brand shaped by my love for exploring the world and capturing love stories that are as real and unforgettable as the landscapes they’re set in.
Half Costa Rican, half Swiss at heart, I grew up where the mountains meet the sea — a place where warm hospitality meets a sense of adventure. My journey has taken me from sunrise over Santorini’s cliffs, to golden evenings in Tuscany’s vineyards, to barefoot ceremonies on Portugal’s beaches. I’ve wandered lavender fields in Provence, hiked the Dolomites, and stood in awe of Morocco’s desert sunsets — always chasing that perfect blend of beauty and emotion.
For me, photography isn’t about staged perfection. I’m the founder of Trails of Your Life, a brand shaped by my deep love for wild landscapes and untamed love stories.
Half Costa Rican, half Swiss at heart, I was raised where the mountains meet the sea—a place where warm hospitality meets rugged adventure. Over the years, I’ve trail run volcanoes in Costa Rica, hiked the mystical Dolomites, and wandered through Switzerland’s alpine ridgelines and hidden glacier lakes.
This isn’t just my job — it’s my soul work.
From sunrise vows at a mountain lake to laughter echoing across snowy peaks, I help couples create raw, real, and unforgettable experiences. I don’t direct every second — I guide you through a meaningful, intimate adventure.
When I’m not behind the camera, I live in Winterthur with my wife and our little boy. I’m a physiotherapist, personal trainer, and web developer in the off-season. I stay grounded through early hikes, long trail walks with my son, and lifting heavy things at the gym.
My personality? A mix of Pura Vida warmth, Swiss-German professionalism, and a big dose of good vibes. I believe in presence over perfection and in creating something that feels true, unscripted, and alive.
And since most of my couples come from all the over world - I speak English, German (and understand Swiss German perfectly), Spanish and understand Italian and Portuguese.

Lernen wir uns vorab kennen?
Sobald ihr mein Kontaktformular ausgefüllt habt, melde ich mich in der Regel innerhalb von 24 Stunden bei euch – per Telefon, E-Mail oder WhatsApp. In einem kurzen ersten Gespräch (ca. 5–10 Minuten) können wir uns kennenlernen und schauen, ob eure Vorstellungen zu meinem Angebot passen. Wenn alles passt, lade ich euch zu einem unverbindlichen Videocall ein, in dem wir alle Details besprechen und eure perfekte Hochzeitsreportage zusammenstellen.

Können wir deine Preisliste bekommen?
Ja, natürlich – Transparenz ist mir sehr wichtig! Aber stellt euch die Frage: Plant ihr eine 08/15-Hochzeit?
Wahrscheinlich nicht. Jede Hochzeit ist einzigartig, und damit ihr ein faires und maßgeschneidertes Angebot erhaltet, brauche ich ein paar Infos von euch. Diese klären wir ganz entspannt in einem unverbindlichen Videocall. Direkt im Anschluss bekommt ihr euer persönliches Angebot – perfekt abgestimmt auf eure Wünsche!

Gibt es einen schriftlichen Vertrag?
Ja, natürlich! Damit ihr genau wisst, was ihr bekommt, werden alle Details in einem Vertrag festgehalten. Aber keine Sorge – ihr müsst nichts ausdrucken oder umständlich zurückschicken! Alles läuft ganz bequem online. Wenn ihr euch nach unserem unverbindlichen Videocall für eine Buchung entscheidet, bekommt ihr einen Link zu eurem digitalen Vertrag, den ihr einfach auf dem Handy oder Tablet unterschreiben könnt. Anschließend könnt ihr ihn als PDF speichern und jederzeit einsehen.

DAUER
Wie lange begleitest du uns an unserer Hochzeit?
Die ideale Dauer eurer Begleitung finden wir gemeinsam in unserem unverbindlichen Videocall heraus. In der Hauptsaison begleite ich Hochzeiten an Freitagen und Samstagen in der Regel ab ca. 8 Stunden – manchmal auch etwas weniger. Wichtig ist, dass wirklich alle besonderen Momente festgehalten werden!
Typischerweise starten wir mit dem Getting Ready oder einem emotionalen First Look, gefolgt von der Trauung, dem Apero, Gruppenfotos und einem epischen Brautpaarshooting. Danach geht’s weiter mit eurer Party, inklusive Hochzeitstorte, Hochzeitstanz und … noch mehr Party! 😄
Die meisten Hochzeitsreportagen begleite ich zwischen 9 und 11 Stunden – so bleibt kein wichtiger Moment unbeachtet!

BILDER
Wie viele Bilder bekommen wir von dir?
In all meinen Paketen sind immer alle gelungenen Bilder enthalten – im Schnitt sind das etwa 500 bis 1000 professionell bearbeitete Fotos in meinem eigenen Stil.
Die genaue Anzahl hängt von verschiedenen Faktoren ab, wie der Dauer der Begleitung, der Gästezahl, den Locationwechseln und eurem geplanten Programm.
Meine Bildbearbeitung habe ich über Jahre hinweg perfektioniert – mit einem zeitlosen Look und echten Farben, ganz ohne kurzlebige Instagram-Trends.
Schließlich sollen euch eure Bilder auch in 50 Jahren noch genauso begeistern wie am ersten Tag!

Welche Serviceleistungen sind inklusive?
Für mich steht eure Client Experience an erster Stelle! Schon vor eurer Entscheidung biete ich euch einen unverbindlichen und kostenlosen Videocall an. Aber auch nach der Buchung bin ich jederzeit für euch da, falls ihr Fragen zum Ablauf habt oder Unterstützung braucht.
Zusätzlich habe ich jede Menge Empfehlungen für euch – ob Make-up-Artists, Floristen, Musiker, Entertainer, Trauredner oder Locations. Etwa zwei Wochen vor der Hochzeit besprechen wir in einem ausführlichen Detailgespräch die letzten Feinheiten, damit an eurem großen Tag alles reibungslos läuft.
